Job Description

Are you interested in strategic and transformational growth M&A Does the opportunity to work with a high performing crossfunctional business and functional team to drive and attain deal value excite you Amazons Corporate Development Integration team is hiring for a seasoned business leader and people manager to lead acquisition due diligence and integration for our international businesses and key geographies including LatAm APAC Europe India and Middle East.

The role includes working with senior business sponsors to define key value drivers for potential acquisitions building plans and momentum in integration execution and ensuring that we continue to raise the bar of our integration efforts.

Key job responsibilities
An ideal candidate leads acquisitions throughout the transaction lifecycle and is accountable for achieving deal value drivers. S/he will motivate and inspire large and diverse teams manage multiple strategic and functional projects identify and resolve operational and integration challenges. They will oversee and influence crossfunctional diligence and integration teams to ensure all activities are completed on tight deal timelines. Typical stakeholder groups include business and technology teams HR Finance Tax Marketing Customer Service Legal Information and Physical Security Open Source Accounting and PR.

This role is based in Seattle WA.

The key job responsibilities include:
1. Lead multiple due diligence and integration planning and execution efforts for Amazons acquisitions.
2. Work with executive business sponsors to define key value drivers for potential acquisitions implement actionable plans to achieve transaction objectives.
3. Dive deep on strategic business and functional aspects of the transaction as well as execution tactics of integration.
4. Oversee and influence cross functional diligence and integration teams on initiatives both before and after the acquisition.
5. Define track and communicate appropriate deal performance measurements to project stakeholders.
6. Domestic or International travel required up to 25% of the time.

Bachelors degree or 10 years of business corporate development consulting or equivalent professional experience
Demonstrable experience in product / program management owning and driving endtoend delivery of complex programs or M&A projects
Bachelors degree in Business or Technology or related field
Technical acumen and the ability to converse on technical topics

Ecommerce Retail Ads or Healthcare Technology industry experience
Masters degree in Business or Technology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to customize approaches for senior executive or junior audiences.
Strong attention to detail and bias for action in times of ambiguity

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $158300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $261700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
