Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
- 8 years of experience implementing Accounts Receivable and Billing modules
- 8 years of experience gathering requirements and conducting fitgap analysis
- 8 years of experience in endtoend system integration testing with thirdparty interfaces
- 4 years of experience using Microsoft O365 applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio)
- 2 years of experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting
Specific Skills:
- Strong business analysis in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
- Expertise in Accounts Receivable and Billing modules
- Requirement gathering fitgap analysis
- Integration testing documentation and user support
- Proficiency in O365 apps and MS Teams
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work with large remote teams
Preferred:
- 4 years of experience working with public sector organizations (Federal State or Local Government)
- 2 years of experience with Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system
- 2 years of experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
- 2 years of experience using SharePoint
- 1 year of experience using Jira
- 1 year of experience working with the Scrum framework
- 1 year of experience using STAT
