Reimagine the Seafood Case
Curate and maintain a beautiful chefinspired display that feels more fine market than fish counter
Develop exciting valueadded products from crab cakes and poke tacos to seafood skewers and gourmet grabandgo items
Inspire customers to bring home something special with a goal of turning seafood into a muststop feature of every visit
Use sales data to refine offerings boost margins and track your impact
Shine as the Voice of Seafood
Be cameraready: show off your skills on social media whether filleting a whole fish or talking about where our catch comes from
Bring sustainable seafood stories to life for both instore guests and our online community
Teach lead and energize the team with your passion and product knowledge
Lead the Oyster Bar
Shuck oysters grill seafood pour cold beers and keep the energy up at our bustling outdoor oyster bar
Train supervise and support the oyster bar team
Create a clean fun and unforgettable guest experience
Master the Business Side
Oversee all seafood ordering inventory and quality control
Build relationships with local fishermen and direct sources
Collaborate on menu innovation seasonal specials and operational strategy
Help track costs pricing and food performance metrics
Skilled in seafood handling culinary prep or fish market operations
A creative thinker with an eye for display and a love of great food
Outgoing engaging and confident on camera and with guests
A handson leader who thrives in a fastpaced teamfirst environment
Organized reliable and ready to drive growth
