Centria is seeking exceptional Clinical Leaders for our stateoftheart Academy!!

Life Skills Autism Academy Midtown (Opening Fall 2025)

Life Skills Autism Academy (or LSAA) is a division of Centria that specializes in Early Intervention. LSAA is a centerbased therapy program focusing on children with autism ages 6 and younger. Our mission is to help children living with autism write their own success stories. During the first 6 years we have the greatest chance at making a lifelong impact and at LSAA our servant leaders are dedicated to providing dignified safe and compassionate care through individualized programing and tailored activities in a sensoryconsiderate environment.

The Basics:

Title:Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Location: 3310 N. 19th Ave Phoenix AZ 85015
Center Hours: MondayFriday 8:00am 4:30pm
Established Clinicians are able to take advantage of WFH flexibility for at least 1x day per week.
Compensation: $83000 $90000 (varies based on experience credentials and skills)
Bonus Incentive:Weekly & Monthly! SCs can look forward to an additional $8k$12k per year from our Pay For Performance plan.

Our Expectations

  • Provide clinical oversight to clientele to drive compliance and retention to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Train manage and retain a team of Behavior Technicians (with support from the Director of Clinical Services & Operations Director)
  • Engage parents/guardians/caretakers in ABA therapy to improve client outcomes delivering 1hour of Family Engagement per month to all clients
  • Develop childspecific behavior & skill acquisition plans following the principles of ABA therapy and in accordance with Centrias core values.
  • Ensuring the daily functions of the team & staff are completed by communicating job expectations; planning monitoring and appraising job performance and results.
  • Managing coaching and developing a highperforming team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results added value and continuous improvements

What youll bring to the table:

  • Masters degree or higher from an accredited university in acceptance with BACB guidelines
  • Completed of 8hour supervision course or willing to complete within first 30 days of employment
  • BCBA certification from the BACB in good standing
  • Active state license in good standing when applicable
  • 1 years working with children and autism spectrum disorders
  • Previous supervision experience is preferred
  • Crisis management experience is preferred

Working Conditions

  • LSAAs office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM 4:30 PM.
  • Additional time or flex schedules may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job the team member may be exposed to a client who exhibits physically aggressive behavior which can include kicking pinching punching biting etc. The team member may have to use appropriate behavior management techniques with a client under such circumstances. Such a response requires agility quick reflexes and the ability to use physically evasive movement. The team member will be required to stand walk sit grasp reach bend kneel crouch squat hear type and write. The team member will also be exposed to normal office conditions and usual office equipment such as phone computer copiers files etc. The team member must be able to independently push pull lift move and carry objects weighing up to thirtyfive (35) lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include near far and field of vision.
