- Safely and expertly process incoming shipments
- Select and stage parts for customer orders
- Identify any missing or damaged parts and notify the supervisor
- Process returns in a timely and proficient manner
- Keep the warehouse and parts storage areas neat and organized
- Communicate with parts personnel on customer order status
- 12 years of prior driving experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Valid drivers license and a clean abstract required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and eager to improve
- Strong organizational skills as they relate to workload time management and setting priorities
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
