a flexible Instructional Technology Program with high expectations and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth; establish effective rapport with students; to motivate students to develop skills attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation in educational technology in accordance with each students ability. Establish good relations with parents/guardians and other staff members to create a culture and climate conducive to student learning. teachers and students in the use of technology as an important tool to improve student achievement. Develop lesson plans and instructional materials and provide individualized and small group instruction in order to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each the Principal and CTO in the evaluation of technology usage in each building. in the planning and presentation of workshops and other inservice programs at the building and/or district level to enhance the level of instructional performance using as a consultant in the selection of computer supplies equipment and ways in which all students can access the curriculum using universal design in curriculum development projects and meets with teachers to interpret and implement the districts CTO with inventories of software and specific technologies (computers scanners and peripherals). provision for being available to students and parents for educationrelated purposes outside the instructional day when required or requested to do so under reasonable and improves professional competence especially as it relates to the specific assignment by attending trainings courses such other related tasks and assumes such other related responsibilities as may from time to time be assigned by the Building Principal and/or CTO.
