DescriptionAs a Business Development Manager Connected Solutions youll play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. This position will serve our Enterprise Division located in Atlanta GA (Hybrid).
Responsibilities- Strategic Project Management: Oversee and manage strategic projects aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
- Develop project plans set milestones and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope requirements and timelines.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- New Business Development: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities partnerships and markets.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends customer needs and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with sales marketing and product teams to develop strategies for market expansion.
- Create and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth.
- Financial Analysis and DecisionMaking: Use financial techniques to analyze complex strategic issues and formulate hypotheses.
- Prioritize program opportunities based on sales/margin goals and longterm profitability.
- Make datadriven decisions to determine appropriate strategies for business development.
- Relationship Building: Maintain positive professional relationships with existing clients and potential partners.
- Network with industry leaders attend conferences and participate in relevant forums.
- Leverage connections to explore new business avenues and foster collaboration.
- Innovation and Creativity:Introduce innovative ideas products and services to enhance our competitive edge.
- Propose creative solutions for business challenges and adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Foster an entrepreneurial spirit within the team and encourage outofthebox thinking.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Significant experience participating in and leading teams through periods of growth organizational change acquisition consolidation and integrations.
- At least 6 years of experience in strategy and/or business development preferably in consumeroriented industries (e.g. CPG or retail)
- A bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is typically required.
- Advanced degrees (e.g. masters) are beneficial for more senior positions.
- Strong knowledge of market research sales and negotiating principles.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and partners.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Strategic acumen and the ability to think critically about business opportunities.
