What Youll Do:
Motivate mentor and manage a team of topperforming sales professionals
Structure deals that are both customerfocused and profitsmart
Track performance metrics and drive accountability
Ensure worldclass guest experiences at every step of the process
Partner with F&I and fixed ops to drive fulldeal excellence
Help recruit train and retain toptier sales talent
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in automotive sales with a track record of leadership
Strong understanding of deal structure desking and CRM tools
Excellent communication and teambuilding skills
A passion for customer satisfaction and dealership success
