Positions Supervised: Specialist Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Content; Specialist Social Media

In support of the Universitys strategic plan the integrated marketing director contributes to marketing operations through programmatic development print and digital project management and strategic content integration. This role is responsible for the areas of search engine optimization (SEO) organic social media digital marketing print media marketing and outofhome marketing and messaging.
Essential Job Functions and Performance Indicators

Job Responsibilities and Execution
- Supervises the social media specialist and SEO content specialist and their respective goals and objectives
- Places all outofhome streaming television and audio advertising
- Develops copy and manages content for digital campaigns billboards print pieces and web pages
- Contributes to departmental project management including incoming requests stakeholder support vendor management and procurement
- Conceptualizes builds and executes enrollmentfocused marketing campaigns through competitive research messaging audience identification and benchmarking
- Monitors all University digital marketing channels including social media and paid advertising for appropriate content and branding optimizing as needed
- Identifies and evaluates emerging technologies and brainstorms new and creative growth strategies
- Develops detailed reporting processes that can be easily shared for strategic collaboration and optimization
- Collaborates with external agencies and other vendor partners on campaigns in support of marketing initiatives
- Collaborates with internal teams tasked with key projects including digital and project management support and branding initiatives for special events and programmatic initiatives
Leadership and Strategic Thinking
- Establishes long and shortterm strategic goals based on assessment data and ensures standards for the department and its field are met or exceeded
- Adapts and modifies leadership based on new information and/or data; works to set and unite people on the new direction
- Utilizes effective strategies to build collaboration for maximum execution
- Aligns division/department purpose and actions with relevant University initiatives and higher education trends

Required Qualifications An equivalent combination of education training and experience will be considered. Additional requirements may be designated by position.
- Bachelors degree in marketing digital marketing communications business or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing strategy and execution
Knowledge Skills and Abilities May be representative but not all inclusive of the knowledge skills and abilities necessary to perform this job competently.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
- Strong understanding of the marketing landscape including digital and web marketing content marketing user experience digital analytics organic media print media marketing and outofhome advertising
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that generate highquality leads
- Proficiency in copywriting and copyediting for marketing and communications
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with students faculty staff alumni and community and media partners
- Excellent project management and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in Google Ads Google Analytics 4 Facebook Business and other digital marketing platforms
