Job Description

POSITION: Manager of Talent Acquisition (Hiring)

LOCATION: DSST Central Home Office

SALARY: $64800$77900 based on years of aligned experience up to 10 years. We also offer a relocation stipend if you are moving from a location greater than 75 miles from Denver!

STATUS: Full time year round benefits eligible exempt hybrid (inperson and remote) position (Denver CO)

OVERVIEW OF POSITION

The Manager of Talent Acquisition will play a critical role in ensuring that we are bringing in the strongest candidates to join our team. This team member will work closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition Team to support creative recruitment efforts oversee effective hiring processes and utilize data.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
