Are you ready for a new adventure in Porto Portugal We have an exciting opportunity for a Frenchspeaking Customer Support Representative to join a leading Car Rental Company! If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and want to be part of a dynamic team this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What Youll Do:
- Provide topnotch customer service to Frenchspeaking customers assisting with inquiries bookings and resolving issues.
- Work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.
- Help customers with reservations cancellations and modifications while ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in French (C1/C2) with strong communication skills.
- 1 years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment (preferred).
- A problemsolver with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
