Job Description

To manage and oversee all administrative operations and security functions of the organization ensuring smooth daytoday operations safety of employees and assets regulatory compliance and a secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Management:

  • Supervise the daily administrative operations including facility management office services transportation housekeeping and vendor management.

  • Ensure maintenance of office infrastructure equipment and utilities.

  • Monitor and control administrative budgets and expenditures.

  • Coordinate with HR and Finance for resource planning and procurement of office supplies and services.

  • Lead logistics and support for internal and external meetings conferences and official events.

  • Maintain records and documents in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and visitors.

Security Management:

  • Develop and implement security policies protocols and procedures.

  • Oversee security operations across all company premises.

  • Manage security staff including hiring training scheduling and performance evaluations.

  • Conduct regular security audits risk assessments and vulnerability checks.

  • Respond to incidents emergencies and investigate security breaches.

  • Ensure coordination with law enforcement fire safety and emergency response teams.

  • Monitor surveillance systems access control systems and ensure full coverage of security devices.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with health safety environmental and legal standards.

  • Prepare periodic reports on administrative and security metrics for senior management.

  • Conduct drills and training sessions on fire safety first aid and emergency response.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Security Management or related field (Masters preferred).

  • 810 years of progressive experience in administration and security management with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Background in law enforcement armed forces or private security is a plus.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

  • High level of integrity attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Crisis management and problemsolving capabilities.

  • Proficient in MS Office security software and facility management tools.
