Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target:
- New homeowners seeking to integrate smart lighting/home systems.
- Hotel/resort operators upgrading to smartenabled guest experiences.
- Build strong relationships with property developers interior designers and hotel management teams.
- Conduct onsite visits product demos and presentations to clients.
- Work closely with the design and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Meet monthly sales targets and report market insights to management.
- Represent the brand at trade shows showroom events and networking sessions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 35 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales preferably in smart home lighting interior tech or related industries.
- Experience selling to residential property buyers interior firms or hotel chains is highly preferred.
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Selfdriven techsavvy and passionate about smart living solutions.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin/Malay is a plus.
