F&B Assistant Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are currently seeking a proactive and detailoriented F&B Assistant Operations Manager to support daytoday operations within the Food & Beverage department. This role works closely with the F&B Operations Manager to ensure outstanding guest experiences optimize operational efficiency and maintain the highest standards of service safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the F&B Operations Manager in overseeing daily functions across all F&B outlets.
- Ensure all services meet established quality and guest satisfaction standards.
- Supervise and guide F&B team members supporting training motivation and high performance.
- Monitor inventory manage supply orders and minimize waste and operational costs.
- Enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and consistent performance.
- Assist in the planning and execution of F&B promotions and special events.
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold cleanliness hygiene and food safety standards in all F&B areas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate in budget preparation and monitor financial performance to meet goals.
- Generate daily reports on operations team performance and guest feedback for management.
- Support recruitment onboarding and development of F&B staff.
- Assist in the management of banquets catering and special events when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B Operations Manager.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of F&B operations guest service standards and safety protocols.
- Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
Preferred Skills / Experience
- Experience overseeing largescale F&B operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with budgeting cost control and financial reporting.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Strong guest service focus with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Ability to lead by example and foster a positive productive team culture.
