• Job Title: ATM Commissioning Engineer

• Location: Rotherham Depot: Hope Street Rotherham S60 1LH

• Salary: 26374.40 per annum

• Hours: 40 hour per week

What Is the role of an ATM Commissioning Engineer:

The role involves the commissioning testing and preparing for despatch of ATMs to make them ready for installation on remote sites throughout the UK and commission in line with the installation requirements set by the Scheduling Team this includes:

• Using required router configuring IP addresses and testing of ATMs.

• Fitting required lock and live test of the lock before despatch.

• Use of Oracle to consume parts ATMs and any other miscellaneous items. Ensuring all parts are consumed.

• Fitting required branding wraps etc and ensuring ATM is fully cleaned before despatch.

• Configuring of ATMs.

• Liaising with other team member or technical support for assistance.

• Balancing of ATMs and complete final checks before despatch.

• Liaise with 3rd party to ensure ATMs are resprayed prior to install.

• Monitor stock levels of logo panels wraps stickers etc and keep procurement informed of any requirements.

• Provide branding stock for onsite operatives and also for engineers.

• Liaise with security and 3rd parties to ensure ATMs have the correct security features before despatch.

• Assist installation teams on site with any technical queries re; bringing the ATMs online etc and any faults.

• General Housekeeping of ATM Preparation area and racking etc.

What would I need to succeed as an ATM Commissioning Engineer:

• Basic understanding of ATM functions would be useful.

• Good general PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel email etc.).

• Enthusiastic adaptable personality able to learn and adhere to structured working methods and procedures.

• Good time management and organisational skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and other departments.

• Problem solving attitude.

• Manual Handling skills use of pallet trucks to manoeuvre ATMs.

• Confident and competent user of basic handtools.
