We now have an exciting opportunity in our West Kent service for a Locality Manager based in Tunbridge Wells. Youll be a key part of the Senior Leadership Team driving service development and making sure the work we do reflects the needs of the local community.

About the Role

As Locality Manager youll play a leading role in the daytoday delivery and strategic development of our services in Tunbridge Wells. Youll support the Services Manager and work closely with other leaders to ensure were delivering highquality personcentred support in line with the national drug strategy and our service commitments.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing relationships with commissioners stakeholders and key partners ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.

• Leading the implementation of new business pathways and transformation projects outside of core contracts.

• Working with partners to codesign and review operational pathways in and out of the service.

• Providing leadership line management and supervision to team leaders and frontline staff.

• Monitoring service performance to ensure contractual quality and operational outcomes are met.

• Overseeing financial management and supporting the Services Manager with budgetary commitments.

• Promoting the service locally growing referral pathways and ensuring accessibility for all.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) youll help shape the strategic direction of the service ensuring that what we deliver reflects the ambitions of our bid and the evolving needs of the Tunbridge Wells community.

What Were Looking For

We are seeking someone who:

• Brings experience in managing contracts and operational services within health social care or communitybased settings.

• Has a solid understanding of the challenges faced by people experiencing multiple disadvantages.

• Is confident managing people providing supervision and developing staff.

• Thrives in a fastpaced environment managing competing priorities targets and deadlines.

• Can build strong positive relationships with partners stakeholders and community organisations.

• Understands the complexities of supporting individuals through change and recovery journeys.
