A bit about the job:

This Finance Business Partner role sits at the heart of our UKGI Finance team focusing on key new projects and one of our main business areas. Youll work closely with Claims PPUD and other key teams to understand how performance is measured and how we can improve it. Youll bring clarity to complex data and help shape decisions that drive results. Its a role that blends insight influence and action with a chance to make a real difference to how we deliver value.

• Relevant experience in the insurance industry
• Strong commercial awareness
• Ability to establish rapport with new stakeholders quickly
• Ability to bring others with you as you drive performance
• Strong communication skills across written & verbal mediums
