The Role & The Team
As the Remuneration and Reward Analyst you will play a crucial role in executing remuneration and reward initiatives within the organisation. Youll be responsible for evaluating roles managing remuneration review processes updating and analysing remuneration data and supporting the development of new policies and programs. Youll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as P&C People partners the Employee Support team and business managers to ensure effective delivery of remuneration solutions. The Person
We are seeking a focussed and serviceoriented individual with outstanding attention to detail and in possession of extensive experience in remuneration and benefits. Your strong analytical skills and exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities will see you challenged encouraged and rewarded.
