We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Client Partner (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role you will be endtoend accountable for growing and managing client accounts to drive the expansion of DXCs presence in the Manufacturing sector with potential to explore adjacent industries. The Senior Client Partner will collaborate closely with internal teams such as PreSales Marketing and Finance to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions tailored to our clients business needs.
Account Management: Own and manage a portfolio of strategic manufacturing client accounts ensuring high levels of satisfaction and longterm success.
Client Relationship Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decisionmakers including Clevel executives and senior stakeholders.
Growth & Acquisition: Expand existing accounts by identifying client needs generating a healthy sales pipeline and uncovering new business opportunities through upselling and crossselling. Build and execute a growthfocused Account Strategic Plan (ASP) aligned with the clients business and strategy.
Industry Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor with deep understanding of the Manufacturing sector including trends challenges and digital transformation opportunities. Ability to apply insights to help clients drive innovation and efficiency.
Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders including presales solutioning and delivery teams to create clientcentric solutions. Assemble and lead the winning team across the account to drive value and outcomes.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in client management or consultative sales with a strong track record of managing large enterprise accounts and delivering sustained business growth.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the Manufacturing industry is strongly preferred. Experience in related industrial sectors is also welcomed.
Relationship Management: Proven ability to develop and maintain longterm relationships with clients across all levels particularly with Csuite executives.
Sales Acumen: Strong background in both farming existing accounts and hunting new business opportunities.
Languages: Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is required.
Location: Based in Germany with flexibility to work remotely. Travel within Germany is expected as part of the role.
