You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to support the implementation of Digital Health initiatives. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in organizational change management particularly within healthcare environments and will be responsible for driving adoption communication training and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead organizational change management efforts on IT process and business architecture projects within healthcare settings
Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop targeted communication plans
Coach teams and contribute to project management activities
Design and deliver training materials and curricula to support healthcare process changes
Support the implementation of standardized staff scheduling across multiple healthcare organizations
Contribute clinical insight from direct patient care experience to guide change initiatives
Assist in the implementation of PROCURA mobile software in homecare environments
Mandatory Certifications:
Candidates must provide valid certification at the time of application.
Prosci (ADKAR) Certification
PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification
Six Sigma Certification
Required Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in organizational change management related to healthcare IT and process improvement projects
At least 7 years in project management or team leadership roles implementing healthcare projects
5 years developing training materials for process changes in healthcare including work with large organizations (1000 employees)
3 years implementing standardized staff scheduling processes across healthcare organizations
3 years of direct patient care experience in a healthcare setting
1 year of experience implementing PROCURA mobile software in a homecare environment
