Job Description
Shared Health is seeking a skilled Project Manager to support the Digital Shared Services initiative. This project aims to transform healthcare delivery across Manitoba through the use of advanced information and communication technologies. The objective is to improve healthcare processes outcomes and patient care by streamlining digital systems and tools across the provincial health sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage largescale IT projects within a healthcare environment ensuring safe implementation of clinical software solutions.

Provide regular updates and progress reports to project steering committees and key stakeholders.

Coordinate delivery teams vendor partners and internal stakeholders to support successful outcomes for digital business transformation initiatives.

Manage and oversee the implementation and/or migration to Microsoft M365 and Exchange Online in a complex acute care or public sector setting.

Coordinate testing and quality assurance activities related to M365 products and Exchange Online transitions.

Develop and execute organizational change management strategies using structured methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR) ensuring that clinical and business teams are prepared for new digital solutions.
Required Certifications:

Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Valid PROSCI ADKAR Organizational Change Management Certification

PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification preferred
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Minimum 10 years of experience managing IT projects in healthcare including experience with clinical environments and reporting to steering committees.

At least 7 years of experience collaborating with delivery teams vendors and clients on digital transformation initiatives in healthcare.

At least 5 years of experience leading M365 and Exchange Online migrations in large public or acute care environments.

Proven experience directly testing or coordinating testing of M365 products and Exchange transitions.

A minimum of 5 years applying structured change management methodologies including Prosci to drive successful adoption of new technologies.
