Coinhold is a secure and innovative solution designed to help clients preserve and grow their capital. As Head of Sales you will be responsible for developing the sales strategy building a strong regional team and creating lasting client relationships in the LATAM market.
Role description
- Team Development and Leadership: Build and manage a highperforming sales team across LATAM including recruitment onboarding and motivation. Develop localized training and development programs tailored to regional markets and the Coinhold product.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Create and execute personalized strategies to attract and retain clients interested in capital preservation and investment growth. Establish and maintain longterm relationships with key clients and partners.
- Sales Performance and Optimization: Monitor key sales metrics analyze team performance and track market trends. Develop forecasts and optimize sales processes to drive consistent results.
- CrossDepartment Collaboration: Coordinate with product marketing and finance teams to align sales efforts with product development and market positioning. Incorporate client feedback into strategic planning and product updates.
- Sales Innovation and Process Enhancement: Introduce regionspecific sales approaches tailored to the fintech and digital asset space. Improve client engagement and streamline internal sales operations.
- Strategic Reporting and Insights: Deliver regular reports on sales performance market trends and departmental KPIs. Provide strategic input and insights to support leadership decisionmaking.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in financial product or fintech sales including 3 years in team leadership. Background in investments asset management or banking is a plus.
- Market Expertise: Strong understanding of financial services in LATAM client behavior and regional dynamics.
- Bonus: Knowledge of blockchain crypto technologies and the digital asset ecosystem.
- Tools: Proficient with CRM systems and sales analytics platform.
- Languages: Fluent in English fluent in Portuguese or Spanish
- Personal Qualities: Highly accountable organized and resultsdriven.
