We are looking for a System Analyst to work with us fulltime in a remote setup for our Australiabased client. For this role we only process candidates that are based Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
The key objective of the Systems Analyst is to deliver lightweight solutions for business stakeholders with low code products such as the Power Platform and PowerBI including the full software lifecycle from requirements gathering development testing and deployment.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Functional Responsibilities:
- Design and develop workflow solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate Power Apps and Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for workflow solutions and other lightweight technology projects.
- Create userfriendly and efficient applications to streamline business processes and enhance productivity.
- Integrate Power Platform workflows with other enterprise systems such as Microsoft 365 and thirdparty applications.
- Develop and test automation scripts and workflows to ensure functionality scalability and reliability.
- Provide custom reporting and data visualizations using Power BI to support decisionmaking processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot existing workflows and apps ensuring timely resolution of any issues or bugs.
- Document processes workflows and solutions in a clear and accessible manner for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on new Power Platform features and capabilities to continuously enhance solutions.
- Train and support endusers to effectively utilize developed applications and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards while developing solutions within the organizations IT framework.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT business units and project managers to align workflow solutions with organizational goals.
