Role Description
Full Charge Bookkeeper is responsible for delivering valuedriven accounting services to a portfolio of rapidly growing retail ecommerce and professional services brands.
This is a fulltime remote role for a Full Charge Bookkeeper. The role requires that you are available during client business hours. In this position you will manage a portfolio of clients and will be responsible for delivering highquality work directly to clients while performing daytoday bookkeeping general accounting tasks and managing team workflows.
This includes maintaining the general ledger reconciling accounts and managing accounts payable and receivable. They will be responsible for executing weekly monthly and yearend deliverables while utilizing a cuttingedge technology platform that delivers exceptional data insights and optimizes workflows.
Client Work
You will join a team assigned to a portfolio of the firms premier clients within which you will be responsible for:
Managing all monthly client work deliverables and deadlines
Manage direct reports to complete workflows within the allotted time and meet clientspecific deadlines
Reviewing team members work for accuracy; Reviewing full monthend and yearend close and delivering results directly to client
Preparing monthly general ledger P&L and B/S for review
Leveraging available internal teams (HR fractional CFO CEO CPA etc.) to boost team efficiency and grow valueadd to the client
Utilizing internal resources to maintain growth forecast models
Managing the A/P and A/R process with clients
Payroll processing and bank reconciliation
Addressing urgent client issues that require sameday response
Coordinating clients through their monthly quarterly and annual tax filing
Qualifications
510 years experience in fullcharge bookkeeping required
Proficiency in Quickbooks Online MS Excel and Google Workspace Apps
Strong Coordination and planning skills to manage behindthescenes team workflows while maintaining frontend clientfacing relationships
Selfmotivated adept at working independently and proactively while maintaining Creative Business Inc Internal Operating Procedures
35 years of experience working with a multiclient portfolio
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Experience in accounts payable and receivable general ledger and general accounting tasks
Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping
Comfortable speaking with executivelevel clients
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
Experience in the creative industry is a plus
