Job Title: Admin Assistant /Receptionist
Reporting To: Clinic Directors/Doctors
Location: Brandon SD
ChiroSport is a busy multidisciplinary clinic seeking an organized timely and dependable person to fill our part time/full time admin assistant/receptionist position in our Brandon location. We are looking for the right person to help handle the frontline administration responsibilities with excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication at our fast paced clinic. Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary:
Greeting patients with a smile answering phones scheduling new and existing patients collecting payments etc.)
Entering charges to be sent to insurance companies.
Entering information into Sunrise including patients general information insurance information and diagnosis codes.
Insurance verifications and answering patients questions regarding insurance benefits and coverage.
Keeping up with patient flow (checking patients in and out and rooming patients).
Scheduling advanced imaging studies and faxing/requesting medical records).
Enter patient information into ChiroTouch.
Printing notes and charges for patients as well as other facilities requesting records.
Completing sales transactions for in office sales.
Taking messages for chiropractic assistants and doctors.
Filing charts and other records in patients charts.
Balance daysheets.
