Job Description

Health and Wellness/Physical Education TeacherOur school is currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Health and Wellness/Physical Education Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching Health Education and Physical Education and have a deep understanding of health and wellness and implement engaging health education lesson plans that meet state and national students about a variety of health topics including but not limited to nutrition physical activity mental health and substance abuse and evaluate student learning through various methods such as tests projects and individualized support and guidance to students who need extra help with healthrelated with other teachers staff and parents to create a positive learning environment that supports the health and wellbeing of all accurate records of student progress and participation in health and physical uptodate on the latest developments in health education and incorporate new information into lesson plans as :A Bachelors or Masters degree in Health Education or a related field.A valid teaching license or certification.A thorough understanding of health and wellness topics and the ability to teach these topics communication and interpersonal ability to work collaboratively with colleagues parents and :At least 2 years of experience teaching health education at the secondary teaching health and wellness within a Catholic or Christian you are a dedicated health educator who is passionate about helping students lead healthy and fulfilling lives we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
