This handson leadership opportunity is ideal for a seasoned technical expert who can guide engineering execution and product strategy while actively contributing to development efforts. The team is globally distributed and the platform includes both a modern secure system and legacy applications requiring thoughtful technical oversight.

What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

• Proven experience leading highperforming engineering teams within fastpaced SaaS environments especially in fully remote and globally distributed settings.
• Strong handson technical expertise across scalable cloud platforms and web and mobile application development.
• Demonstrated ability to define own and execute product strategies in partnership with crossfunctional business teams.
• Selfstarter with productminded thinking comfortable identifying customer pain points and translating them into engineering solutions without a formal product function.
• Deep understanding of secure development practices compliance requirements (e.g. ISO 27001 SOC 2) and data protection regulations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills especially across time zones and functional teams.
• A rollupyoursleeves mentality eager to lead through action solve complex challenges and contribute code when needed.
• Familiarity with safety risk management or compliancerelated software platforms is a plus.

• Lead and mentor a globally distributed engineering team with a focus on accountability ownership and execution.
• Drive both the technical and product vision to align with business goals.
• Guide secure scalable software development practices and maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Serve as the primary driver of product strategyworking closely with leadership sales and customer success to prioritize impactful solutions.
• Translate customer needs and business objectives into engineering strategies and product roadmaps.
• Review architecture and code solve complex technical problems and support highquality delivery across the platform.
• Manage technical debt while maintaining speed stability and longterm platform health.
• Champion crossfunctional collaboration ensuring alignment between engineering leadership and customerfacing teams.
• Promote transparency trust and a shared sense of purpose within a distributed team.
