Job Description
Now Hiring: Industrial Painter I Worcester MA
Pay: $18.75/hr
Schedule: MondayFriday 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
Were seeking a detailoriented Industrial Painter I to join our team at our Worcester MA facility. This is a great opportunity to build a career with a wellestablished company in a fulltime second shift role.
Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties and certifications.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Paint parts and units to meet production and quality standards

Hang parts and kits on the paint line in sequence according to planning and scheduling directives

Guide the loading of products onto the paint conveyor

Operate lift equipment and burnoff ovens

Set up operate and maintain automatic powder booths

Shut down paint line equipment as needed

Inspect completed parts to ensure compliance with Worcester Plant Quality standards
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in industrial painting or manufacturing preferred

Ability to follow directions work independently and meet production goals

Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment

Must be able to pass a pulmonary function test (Testing is paid for by the company and completed offsite)
