How Will You Make an Impact:
As a Sr. Manufacturing Technician you will be crucial in maintaining and surpassing the highest quality standards. Your technical proficiency and emphasis on manufacturing processes will enable you to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address intricate challenges ultimately driving impactful manufacturing operations streamlining production processes and delivering superior products to our customers. Through active engagement in problemsolving initiatives and sharing your expertise you will contribute to optimizing manufacturing processes and improving overall operational efficiency.
A Day in the Life:
Education:
Required High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred AS Electronics degree or a relevant technical trade school diploma or training.
Experience:
Required Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing technician role.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $22.61$33.91.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
