Promo View () is a marketing agency specializing in increasing Instagram followers through industrybest practices and innovative strategies. With a team of six primarily based in the Netherlands were expanding our reach into the Dutch market and planning to grow globally. Were committed to leveraging automation and cuttingedge tools to streamline our operations and accelerate growth.
About You:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Specialist to join our team and drive the automation infrastructure that will support our rapid expansion. You will work directly with the founder to develop implement and optimize automations across multiple platforms including n8n Airtable PayPro Google Sheets and Typeform. Your expertise in coding (JavaScript JSON Python) and understanding of integrations will be essential to enhance our operational efficiency and scalability.
You will be responsible for designing and managing automation workflows brainstorming new ideas troubleshooting and ensuring seamless operation of our systems. Responsiveness responsibility and proactive communication are critical as youll be working in a fastpaced environment with minimal supervision.
Key Objectives:
Develop and maintain automations across platforms (n8n Airtable PayPro Google Sheets Typeform).
Innovate and improve business processes through automation bringing proactive ideas to optimize workflows.
Collaborate closely with the founder on automation projects providing consistent updates and insights.
Ensure reliability and robustness of all automation solutions with thorough testing and troubleshooting.
Stay updated on the latest automation tools and techniques to refine our tech stack continually.
Requirements:
Proven experience in automation with platforms such as n8n Airtable and payment gateway integrations like PayPro.
Strong understanding and handson experience with JSON JavaScript (especially for scripting within automation tools) and Python.
Solid understanding of API integrations webhooks and conditional logic.
Experience working with Google Sheets Forms Typeform and other project management tools.
Excellent problemsolving skills and logical understanding of automation workflows.
Responsible and reliable with excellent time management skillsprioritizing deliverables without micromanagement.
Strong communication skills proactive and able to collaborate effectively with a founder and team members.
Fluency in English; other languages are a plus but not required.
Preferred but not mandatory:
Experience in digital marketing or social media automation.
Basic knowledge of or interest in AI/ML applications in automation.
Compensation:
EUR2000 to EUR4000/month (depending on experience location and added value) for fulltime.
