About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative youll provide outstanding service to Danishspeaking customers supporting them with inquiries technical questions and the premium experience they expect from a toplevel European brand.
What Youll Do:
- Respond to incoming calls emails and chats from Danishspeaking customers
- Deliver firstclass guidance answers and solutions in a friendly professional manner
- Troubleshoot minor technical concerns and escalate complex cases
- Actively listen to understand every customers needs ensuring satisfaction
- Work in a collaborative international environment sharing best practices and learning every day
Who You Are:
- Fluent in Danish (C2) and English (B1)
- Strong communicator with a customerfirst attitude
- Problemsolver detailoriented and a team player
- Comfortable working onsite in Lisbon
- Holds a valid EU ID Residence Card Manifestao de Interesse or relevant visa (under consultation)
