Earning Potential: Annual earnings range from $100750 (bi-weekly $3875) to $113250 (bi-weekly $4355.77) based on completion of 25 billable hours per week.
Your Role
As an SLP you will play a key role in delivering effective and engaging therapy to children in both educational and clinical settings. Responsibilities include:
Providing individualized therapy to help children meet their communication goals.
Collaborating with teachers families caregivers and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Conducting evaluations maintaining accurate documentation and implementing individualized treatment strategies.
Working in partnership with school staff to ensure continuity of services in academic environments.
Maintaining 23-25 billable hours per week with a balanced caseload across school and clinic assignments.
What Were Looking For
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic SLP who meets the following qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid Maryland or Washington DC licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
Passion for supporting childrens communication development in a variety of settings.
Strong collaboration organization and clinical problem-solving skills.
Billing & Work Expectations
Maintain a minimum of 23-25 billable hours weekly across both school and clinic settings.
Consistently provide high-quality services while adhering to documentation and compliance standards.
