About the Role
We are seeking motivated and customerfocused Spanish speakers to join our vibrant team onsite in Lisbon. In this role youll be the frontline voice representing top international brands delivering an exceptional customer experience every day.
What Youll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email or chat
- Provide accurate product/service information resolve questions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex cases to the relevant department
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Uphold a positive solutionoriented approach to every customer interaction
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices to continually improve the service
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish (C2) and a good command of English (B1)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. Full training provided!
- Strong problemsolving and organizational skills
- You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work onsite in Lisbon
- Accepted documentation: EU ID Residence Card Manifestao de Interesse or suitable Visa (under consultation)
