Position Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Sales Operations team as a Sales Solution Manager for the EU Compensation Team.

What you will be doing:
As the Manager of the European Sales Compensation team you will:

  • Be leading a team of 13 experienced analysts based in Krakow
  • Take the responsibility for the timely and accurate execution of the Compensation Payout for the entire EU Sales population across all markets
  • Be responsible for adhering to policy when executing the Compensation Payout
  • Be responsible for maintaining auditability
  • Support and execute the Goal Setting process for the EU Sales Team
  • Support and execute the Presidents Club and Ambassadors Club Ranking calculation
  • Interact with all levels within the Sales organization
  • Cooperate with other Sales Operations teams as well as other functions (e.g. Payroll Marketing)
  • Cooperate with other Regions (US CAN APAC LAC)


What do you bring with you:

  • Business acumen and experience in business analysis
  • Previous experience in team management and leadership and/or in FedEx Sales Operations area
  • Previous experience in cooperation with various levels withing the organization including senior leadership
  • Resilience and drive to grow and develop
  • Ability to operate in a highly complex business environment
  • Passion for working with people and developing talents
  • Problemsolving skills and flexibility in adjusting to dynamically changing business environment
  • Previous experience in change management and driving continuous improvement
  • Previous experience and knowledge on the Sales Compensation Goal Setting or related topics will be an advantage
