Job Summary:
The Procurement Officer manages purchasing goods and services through tendering or bidding ensuring costeffectiveness quality and timely delivery with integrity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate suppliers/products for best value quality and compliance.
- Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders coordinating with departments and suppliers.
- Monitor orders to ensure ontime delivery.
- Maintain supplier records and assess performance.
- Manage supplier relationships to uphold quality and contract terms.
- Align procurement activities with company strategy and legal requirements.
- Track inventory levels and order materials as needed.
- Support ad hoc reports and projects.
- Uphold fairness and transparency in all procurement processes.
Main Requirements:
- Strong negotiation and networking skills.
- Organized flexible with good problemsolving and project management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
- Comfortable with data analysis and numbers.
- Effective communication in English and Khmer; other languages are a plus.
