Senior Accounts Payable Processor
As a Senior Accounts Payable Processor you are a key individual contributor responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices travel expenses vendor data management and SOX audits. You will act as a mentor to junior members participate in process improvements and deliver results aligned with business standards.
What you will enjoy doing
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices travel and expense claims vendor data updates and perform SOX compliance audits while meeting defined KPIs such as First Time Right (FTR) timeliness and accuracy.
Systematically track daily tasks and escalate issues to SMEs or team leads with detailed reporting.
Communicate effectively with vendors customers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries.
Build an indepth understanding of desktop procedures SOPs checklists and issue logs for comprehensive execution of tasks.
Serve as a buddy for beginnerlevel processors to guide their progress and ensure knowledge sharing.
Demonstrate progressive learning attitude and participate in workshops like Kaizen for process optimization and continuous improvement.

What makes you great
Education & Skills:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance/Accounting ( BBA MBA or equivalent).
Proficient with SAP HANA MS Office and global finance systems.
38 years of experience in accounts payable processes within EPC Shared Services or KPO.
