Job Description
Reporting directly to the Services Manager you will work closely with an Exeter based Service team. Your primary responsibility will be the completion of warranty and annual service work for Gas Electric and Solid Fuel heating appliances. The role will include diagnosing faults and repairing appliances in a timely and costeffective manner.
Alongside warranty work the role will include carrying out the maintenance of Gazco and Stovax appliances within dealers showrooms and completing chargeable annual servicing and repair work for our customers with the aim to retain the customers servicing requirements for the next year.
The role will cover a predetermined area (namely the South West) but travel to otherareas of the UK maybe necessary and mayinvolve being away from home for a maximum of 4 nights each week. The role will provide a fully equipped van laptop/iPad and phone.
