We are delighted to be assisting a charming gastropub with rooms which is bursting with character. Located in the beautiful scenery of BourtonontheWater they are looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee an unforgettable dining experience for 80 to 200 covers per day.

- 35000 to 38000 package

Responsibilities as the Assistant Manager
- Working closely alongside the kitchen team to ensure a highquality food offering
- Going above and beyond to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Encouraging excellence and ensuring the team delivers the ultimate guest experience
- Building positive relationships with both the team and guests
