Job Description

Work Flexibility: Hybrid

We are now seeking a passionate driven and energeticClinical Consultantto join ourSports Medicine team inPerth on a part time basis 2 days per week (ideally Tuesday and Friday) on a 12month fixed term contract.

Our Clinical Consultants:

  • Provide technical and clinical specialist expertise to internal and external customers

  • Attend surgical procedures and assist surgeons and hospital staff in the effective use of Stryker products

  • Conduct inservice training and support our Territory Managers

  • Confidently identify and troubleshoot productrelated problems and/or issues related to a customers application of a product.

  • Interact with various internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing product development) concerning products and product application.

  • Maintain product/instrumentation knowledge and professional skills through internal training external seminars and other available means.

Key skills:

  • Current qualifications within allied health physios nurses osteos are all encouraged to apply

  • Understanding of the hospital environment and experience working within a clinical setting

  • Demonstrated problem solving collaborative teamwork skills including the ability to drive clear verbal messages regarding technical subjects

  • Keen learner and strong team player with a positive attitude

  • Able to work autonomously and calmly under pressure

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for a successful patient outcome every time will ensure your success in this role.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience in either a clinical environment sales or within the medical space.

  • A passion forsuccessful patient outcomes

  • Proficient in comprehending technical information and articulating complex ideas clearly

  • Proven track record of building robust and trustworthy relationships with internal stakeholders and customers

  • Highly adaptable to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment

  • Exceptional problemsolving abilities to tackle challenges effectively and find creative solutions
