Job Description
Service Technician Highlands at Warwick
Location: Lititz PA & Lancaster PA
Hourly Rate: $27/hour (plus phone stipend oncall allowance and use of property vehicle)
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
WPM Real Estate Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Technician to join our maintenance team supporting Highlands at Warwick Charleston Townhouses and Eclipse at Belmont in Lititz and Lancaster PA. This handson role involves responding to service requests conducting preventative maintenance and preparing apartment homes for new residents. HVAC certification and strong HVAC repair experience are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Promptly respond to maintenance requests and work orders.
Perform preventative maintenance according to schedule.
Prepare units for movein ensuring they meet quality standards.
Complete general maintenance tasks including appliance repair plumbing electrical and carpentry work.
Utilize HVAC skills for diagnostics repair and maintenance.
Maintain cleanliness safety and order throughout the properties.
Participate in the rotating oncall schedule for afterhours emergencies.
Required Qualifications:
HVAC Certification is required.
Proficient in plumbing electrical carpentry and appliance repair.
Willingness to be oncall during evenings weekends and holidays.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
35 years of professional maintenance experience.
