Job Description
Enjoy helping people and talking cars We are looking for a Service Advisor whos great with customers keeps things moving and makes service visits smooth and stress free.
How you will make an impact:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers and answer questions/address concerns.
- Explain and recommend services and repair options providing cost estimates and timelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with service and repairs.
- Establish and maintain customer followup programs to ensure satisfaction.
- Recommend additional services and products.
- Service Coordination:
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians customers and vendors.
- Document customer concerns and translate them into work orders for technicians.
- Verify insurance information and obtain customer approvals for repairs.
- Coordinate factory and aftermarket warranty compliance.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Process repair orders invoices and payments.
- Maintain customer records and service history.
- Manage inventory of loaner cars and supplies.
- Warranty management.
About you:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior Sales experience is a plus
- Superior attention to detail
- Active listening skills
- Conflict resolution
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Understanding of industry terminology repair procedures and vehicle systems
