Core Responsibilities:

  • Schedule confirm and prepare for customer appointments ensuring an efficient service experience.
  • Greet customers as they arrive in the Service Drive and determine vehicle needs based on customer feedback vehicle inspection and current mileage.
  • Produce repair orders for customers including cost and time estimates with full transparency.
  • Communicate regularly with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work and notify the customer of any changes.
  • Follow-up with customers on the status of their vehicle and satisfaction of service.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience working in a customer service role is required; automotive service advisor/writer experience is preferred.
  • Contributes to customer satisfaction by demonstrating excellent customer service and interpersonal skills both in person and over the phone.
  • Utilizes strong time management and organizational skills to effectively manage customer expectations.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Punctual reliable and maintains good attendance.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment:

Hours are Monday Friday from 7AM to 6PM with opportunities to leave early depending on business needs and every fourth Saturday from 7AM to 5PM. This is an onsite position where you will have your own office on the Service Drive.
