The IT support technician will gain insight and experience into all areas of the department while assisting and supporting the IT/Biomed department in their efforts. Support Biomed team in day to day activities on service calls to better understand operational and functional attributes. Provides support for customer service activities from end users patients and client inquiries. Has a solid background in Information Technology support and a good understanding of the data systems products. Can provide solid customer service for the customer via telephone email or in person. Escalates issues/requests a needed to appropriate tier lead support personnel and tracks status of high priority issues until resolved.
