Your Role:Our company is searching for an experienced reliable and taskoriented Receptionist to join our team in Garden City. The ideal candidate is highly selfmotivated professional and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fastpaced corporate environment. What Will You Do
- Answer phones and roll calls
- Open and close office in the range of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Greet vendors and clients as they enter the office
- Order office and kitchen supplies and manage inventory
- Mail FedEx Certified Return Receipts
- Copying scanning and printer management
- Daily mail distribution and Post Office runs
- Weekly bank runs
- Assist our Tax Coordinator with various responsibilities during tax deadlines
- Responsible for ordering breakfast and lunch for tax staff during tax season
What Do You Need to Succeed
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word Excel and Outlook
- Selfmotivated with excellent organization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work well with a team and pitch in when needed
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior administrative experience required
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Regular standing walking crouching and lifting up to 15 pounds
- Frequent use of hands and reaching with hands and arms
- Regular talking hearing seeing and sitting
- Moderate to loud noise level
Salary Range: The salary range for this role is $50000$60000 and represents the firms good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors including but not limited to the candidates relevant experience qualifications and location.
