- Superviseteam to meet and exceed budgeted tour flow and APG through training motivation contests and strategic scheduling.
- Field Leader motivate train oversee CMAs and deliver
supplies. - Help resolve guest issues complaints.
- Assist Manager with reports and site updates.
- Resort tour reception and sales/marketing liaison.
- Recruiting Interviewing and Hiring CMAs.
- Assist Manager with training new hire and ongoing.
- Attendance record keeping.
- Comply with Human Resource and company policies.
What Youll Bring:
- High School diploma required.
- Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude and good work ethic.
- Detail oriented while maintaining multitask abilities in a busy environment; professional and organized; able to exhibit problem solving ability.
- Ability to effectively coach counsel and motivate direct reports
- Provide exceptional customer service (i.e. must be able to communicate in a positive and effective manner when dealing with upset owners)
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Working knowledge of marketing databases
- Ability to lead by example
- Must have Timeshare/ Vacation Ownership Experience.
