Job Description:
Seronda Network We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our team. In this fastpaced environment you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and resolving their inquiries efficiently. As a Call Center Agent you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our services and products.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions in the system for future reference.
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound calls for followups or customer feedback.
Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a customeroriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
