Product Compliance Analyst (m/f/x)

Avantor is seeking a detailoriented and proactive Product Compliance Analyst to join our EU Product Compliance team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our products meet all applicable EU regulatory requirements including Medical Devices (MD) In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE). This position is limited until March 2027 due to maternity leave.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelors degree in a scientific regulatory or technical field (preferred).
• Previous experience in regulatory affairs or product compliance.
• Knowledge of EU product legislation advantagous.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidance effectively.
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

How you will thrive and create an impact:

• Develop and maintain indepth knowledge of EU product compliance legislation related to MD IVD PPE and EEE.
• Monitor and evaluate new and existing EU regulatory guidance; assess potential impacts on Avantor operations.
• Support new product onboarding to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Review product labelling and marketing materials for regulatory conformity.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for relevant product groups.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Regulatory Affairs Quality Management Product Management Logistics and Sales.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to the activities of the EU Regulatory Affairs (REGA) Product Compliance Team.
