JOB PURPOSE
To maintain and track various Project details and coordination with all Stakeholders to meet WLA Sales & Site Acquisition vertical objectives. Reporting to Head Project / WLA Sales & Site Acquisition progress of various activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define department objectives in alignment with organizational goals.
- Prepare and implement business plans and operational strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities and oversee new project rollouts.
- Ensure seamless execution of projects and operational deliverables.
- Establish and standardize processes monitor TATs and compliance adherence.
- Resolve escalations and operational bottlenecks efficiently.
- Drive digitization and automation initiatives.
- Liaison with internal departments external partners clients franchisees and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure customercentric approaches for improved service delivery.
- Manage highvalue negotiations and strategic partnerships.
- Lead mentor and develop a highperforming engaged and accountable team.
- Define KRAs and review team performance against organizational objectives.
- Foster a collaborative innovationdriven and inclusive culture.
- Ensure accurate and timely data management for all operational activities.
- Drive databased decisionmaking through insightful MIS reports.
- Publish management dashboards and performance reviews.
- Oversee adherence to regulatory safety legal and organizational guidelines.
- Anticipate operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE
- Graduate/Post Graduate/Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong data analytical skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and data management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude problemsolving mindset and ability to work independently.
