Job Description

Professional Developer MSE

  • Hybrid working: we spend 2 days together a week with this role based in our London Dean Street office.
  • Level: Midlevel Software Developer

Were hiring for an experienced software developer. This is working in a fullstack product team but given the work and skills in the team would be suited to either a fullstack or a more frontendleaning developer.

How youllspendyour day

  • Delivery of new features and functionality in your team.
  • Collaborate with all members of your team and work handson through endtoend delivery using practices like pair and mob programming.
  • Utilise AI toolings to improve and innovate our technology platforms
  • Chip in to the technical strategy for your team.
  • Drive forward initiatives you identify for making improvements
  • Ensure we are optimally handling maintenance and operational requirements such as technical debt & sensible levels of documentation.
  • Using your expertise and experience to mentor and coach others.

Whatvalueyoull bring to the role

  • Were looking for significant experience with modern FE frameworks (we use and React)
  • We have some systems built in C# and .NET framework were looking for the aptitude (or even better experience) of interfacing with these technologies.
  • The basics of good frontend development HTML CSS Javascript Typescript.
  • Experience with all types of automated testing (unit integration contract E2E performance) and a capable TDD practitioner.
  • We would love for you to have experience with AI toolings and frameworks (for example tools like GitHub Copilot)
  • Highly proficiency in good code design practices and able to coach others.
  • Flexibility to support work across the full stack and experience with CI/CD and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
  • A passion for agile development we love to ship and deliver value as quickly as possible.
  • Those who love being in a highly collaborative environment and enjoy pairing and mobbing.
