Join our Branded Medical Supply Chain team as a Branded Medical Supply Chain Planner. In this pivotal role you will support replenishment duties for a range of manufacturers manage bespoke customer ordering processes facilitate product transfers and assist with various daytoday tasks aligned with our business needs. Your ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be essential as you respond to their requests and provide exceptional service while meeting our agreed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Key Responsibilities:

• Replenishment Duties:

  • Perform replenishment tasks efficiently to ensure stock availability at all times.

  • Maintain a service level of 99% or greater.

  • Follow up on late deliveries and outofstock situations.

  • Obtain weekly stock information from manufacturers.

  • Maintain updated customer messaging and lean inventory levels in line with order cycles.

  • Conduct analyses for reporting and performance.

• Range Review:

  • Identify and implement efficiencies within your managed range including new product setup and discontinuations.

  • Manage master product data and product life cycle management.

• Customer Order Management:

  • Oversee bespoke customer ordering processes against monthly deadlines.

  • Support the supply chain team with annual leave cover and daytoday activities.

• Stakeholder Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain professional longterm relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.

Role Complexity:

• Manage replenishment using various platforms.

• Provide daily support to the supply chain team in a fastpaced environment.

• Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.

Knowledge Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent time management and task prioritization skills are critical.

• Background in supply chain FMCG or pharmaceuticals is advantageous.

• Ability to analyse and interpret numerical data is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel (intermediate skills like Pivot Tables and VLookups) and Outlook.
